Cowordle is a word-guessing game that shares similarities with other word puzzle games like Wordle and the classic game of Hangman. In Cowordle, you play with a chosen opponent, and the objective is to guess a hidden five-letter word. Each player takes turns making a guess, and there is a 30-second time limit for each guess.

How Cowordle typically works:

  1. Choosing an Opponent: You start by selecting an opponent to play against. This can be a friend or someone online.

  2. Hidden Word: A five-letter word is selected as the "hidden word." This word is known only to the game and is not revealed to the players.

  3. Making Guesses: Players take turns guessing five-letter words they think might be the hidden word. You can enter your guess by typing it in and then pressing the enter key to submit it.

  4. Feedback: After each guess, the game provides feedback on how close your guess was to the hidden word. Typically, tiles or letters in your guess are color-coded to indicate their correctness:

    • Correct letters in the correct position are often shown in a specific color (e.g., green).
    • Correct letters in the wrong position might be shown in a different color (e.g., yellow).
    • Incorrect letters that are not in the hidden word may be shown in a different color (e.g., red).
  5. Winning: The player who correctly guesses the concealed word first, after each word is entered, wins the round. In most versions of the game, you have a limited number of guesses (usually around 6) to figure out the hidden word.

Cowordle is a fun and challenging word puzzle game that requires word knowledge, deduction skills, and the ability to interpret feedback to make educated guesses. It's a social and competitive game often played online or with friends, and it can be a great way to test and expand your vocabulary while having fun.
